This consultancy was to prepare detailed plans for restructuring and measures to improve organizational efficiency according to the agreed on general format. Aim of the consultancy was to establish a HR system at Prime and monitor its progress.

Formulate a functional HR manual
Implement HR system
Follow ups and coaching activities
Assist in setting up HR department
