Polity and Governance

Ensuring that i) “provision” of polity & administration structure and processes, and ii) “practice” of leadership (by leaders) and citizenship (by citizens) is democratic in reality. That is to say, making “political governance and public administration” work – – with the system being participatory and inclusive enough to be truly owned by the “people as citizens” and managed by the “elected political representatives” as well as the “appointed public officials,” who both are held accountable to people and made responsible for working transparently, predictably and effectively in the service of the people through promoting and protecting their fundamental “human rights” to living in peace and security and with freedom and dignity.
