This consultancy was to prepare detailed plans for restructuring and measures to improve organizational efficiency according to the agreed on general format. Aim of the consultancy was to establish a HR system at Prime and monitor its progress.

• Conduct organizational need assessment
• HR policy formulation
• Human Resources Strategy
• Formulate a functional HR manual
• Implement HR system
• Follow ups and coaching activities
• Assist in setting up HR department
